Emporio Uomo, located at 8611 Weston Road, has been suiting Torontonians since the 1960s. Like many Italians, Nick Sisto immigrated to Canada in the 1960s and used the tailoring skills he learned from his father to start his own business in 1967. Son Victor was born and raised in the family business. Following his studies at the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, the company rebranded and relocated to Woodbridge over 15 years ago. As Victor will tell you, “once you buy a custom suit, you will never again buy off the rack. Maybe that’s why they have so many loyal, long time customers including one family that now has 4 generations all being suited by Emporio Uomo!
